About 10 years back a cell radio ad was run while we were having lots of problems with bad ice and dumb people who wouldn't stay off of it. The ad went on about how much safer you will be if you fall through the ice if you have thier cell phone with you. Last time I checked most cell phones don't work to good when wet.
