My SMTA has a slipping IPTO. I think that it needs a new band in the unit. What all do you have to do to change the band? I have the Binder Books PTO pamphlet for the SMTA and have read it,but I can"t figure out whether I have to split the tractor or not. Help is needed. Also what is the cost of the parts?
