Well I have the carb soaking in cleaner and yesterday I pulled it out to look it over and clean it out some. That is when I found what I think is a very very big problem. Seems it has 3 small almost look like drilled holes in the float bowl area of the carb and of course if you where to fill it with gas the gas would leak out. To me this seems like it will be a problem and I need ideas of how to go about fixing this. To replace this carb #1 next to impossible to find and #2 if I do then the price tag is up in the $400 range or more. Any body got some ideas for me. I am thinking about maybe coat the bottom with J-B weld Thanks
