Continuing to work here and there on my 1937 F-12. I have 2 questions. First, I just put the flat belt pully on. does it turn all the time, except when the clutch is in? I tried the PTO shifter, and the PTO shifts, but the pulley runs all the time except when the clutch is in (which I would expect it to stop when the clutch is in).
Second question. I need to replace the brake lever (actuater) shafts. It appears to me that I have to remove the top of the tranny cover. Has anyone replaced these, and do you have any tips? I didn't find anything about the shafts, only about the brake shoes.
