Previous post probably got lost in the shakeup so here goes again... Tired of walking behind the ol' bear Troybuilt so am thinking of a small utility tractor with a finish mower deck. Would like to save an old veteran instead of putting out the bucks on a new L&G tractor. My 1010 John Deere with ag tires is too big so I think something like a Cub with a mower deck would be what I need. Problem is, I don't know much about Cubs so would like to get input from those that do. Any particular model or style or year? Any particular mower deck? Any techniques or tips? Are there other models better suited than the Cub? Thanks for the advice.
