I know you'll get the finger wagging and admonishments of "It's cheap insurance" but coming from an engineering background and knowing a little about how oil does its thing, I cannot for the life of me see what difference it will make in the simple hydraulic system on a 140.
If the oil is wet and slippery, and about the right viscosity, there's no reason it won't work. There's nothing particularly exotic about the parts inside the 140's hydraulic system; no plastics or ceramics or rubbers that are sensitive to certain additives.
