Not sure if this is the "correct" way to do this or not, but crack open the fuel lines on each injector and turn it over until you get fuel coming out of each line. Then retighten the lines.
I've used this method on several diesels and has always worked for me.
Before you start this, you may also want to check fuel flow on the engine side of the fuel filters.
