The fire box is where the rear frame once was. A small two cycle deep reduction motor powers the tractor. You can see the 1" exhaust pipe in some of the pictures. It would be hard to top this smoker/cooker.

Meanwhile, I am in the process of removing my IH sickle bar mower from my small Clark forklift to my F400 to do the same job. I am using the mower as a hedge trimmer. I need a little more operator height and prime mover weight. It will plug into my front fast hitch. Pictures later.
