To get them out you will need a sleeve pulling kit and pull them from bottom up. The bottom of the sleeve puller has a built in flange to catch the sleeve without doing damage to the sleeve. Of course the pistons need to be removed for the puller to be used.
You might want to use some PB Blaster or any other rust type solvent -- kerosene works too to loosen the rust...tap with a wooden block on top of the sleeve after lubcating to get the rust to break loose (it might be good to even soak for a couple days before trying to remove them) Lots of Luck!
