I don't know, I am guessing it is due to fact that not to many W-9's are around and being fixed. It also might be one of those because they can type things. My 350 and 450 both cost around 2 to 2500 for engine kits for them. By the time you figure in machine work, fuel system work, water pumps and various other expenses it runs in to quite a pile. I gave over 300 bucks for a rebuilt water pump for the 350 about 15 years ago. Don't you know they are a lot cheaper than that now. They ask me 600 just to put in throttle shaft seals on it, so I bought the seal and gasket kit and a Blue Ribbon service manual and done it myself. Cost 22.50 for the manual off ebay and 42 dollars for the kit. 64.50 was a lot better than 600, and I feel like I can fix the other one for the 450 now.
