The information I found when I was researching this a few months ago is as follows. 1107067 number was used on ser #'s 25001 to 305645 1107093 was used on ser # 305646 and up. I also found a referance to other numbers used: 1107067 - years 48 to 53 1107021 - years 48 to 53 1107093 - years 52 to 54 On the other set of numbers and the letter in the middle it is a follows: First digit is year. Second is month in letter code. Last is day of month. Letter code A thru M. No "I" was used.
