Super MTAs did not come from the factory with fast hitch, but because they used the same rear end castings as the 400, all the mounting holes for the fast hitch are there. Many Super MTAs were retrofitted with fast hitch after the 400s came out in 1955. If you are adding a fast hitch to a Super MTA now, you need one off a 450 or 560, or you need the 400's platform along with the fast hitch. The newer 450/560 type hitch does not have any special mounting requirements on the platform, but the older 400 type does.
