Clarification: The top of the sleeve is sealed by metal to metal fit of the rim of the sleeve into the recess (must be clean). THe bottom (spigot end) is "O" ringed into the block with a substantial "O" ring in a groove in the block. Clean and lube with dish detergent as nted below. JimN
