Needing Super C advice

I was offered a Super C today. It has new tires on the rear, has cultivators and sod busters for rear. All the sheet metal is good, paint is good but faded. It has been kept in the barn in the dry. It runs good. Frankly, operatonally, I cannot find anything wrong with it, it does not smoke, he tells me that he changed the oil regularly, radiator is standing full, oil is pretty clean...No 3 point hitch. The offering price was $1,800.00. Deal or no deal???? TW
