Well if ya have some brake then i would suspect that there is oil on the disks or one of the adjusters is stuck and not allowen the brake to lay flat . Now as for the diff lock on it it is best if it does not work as the one on the older tractors were a pain and caused more problems then tey were worthe . Thaty is one of the things that i did not fix on the 1066 and don't plan to .
