i think im throwing in the towel

i have spent a lot of money on this old h to put power steering and a loader on . i have nuthin but trouble ever since i put the steering part on pump not big enough to do both so i get me another with double the flow rate and it ran backards well the vender took it back and swaped the innards now it run in the right direction but i tried it out and when i put a load on the #@$%#!@# blows fluid out from around the seal.I give up. shouldnt do that! if i am puting too much force against it shouldnt it quit pumping? i mean just quit moveing the clyinder and load the engine
