I did some research on this a while back. IIRC JD 3010/4010 gas pistons were the closest in compression height and wrist pin diameter. When they put the 4" S&P set in an F-20, the bottom of the block had to be bored some. The stock sleeves get too thin by just boring them to 4". The JD sleeves may work as well if the block is bored. Check with an engine parts supplier like TRW, federal mogul or clevite. They can give you all the dimentions.
