Yes it belonged to the previos owner of the land where my 400 was at. One of the 5 tractors he got impounded. Bit of good news. I happened to get the contact info for the sales agent that handles the auctions of these things. He said it may take a year or so but he didnt think many tractor buyers would be around when these things go. Maybe I might end up with that H and the Hydro 70 he had. Never know.
