The compression depends on the piston & cylinder head combination. Low compression head & flat top pistons may give 100-110# of compression; High compression head & domed pistons will give 125# or more of compression. They should all be within 10% - 15% of the highest reading. eg: if the highest reading is 115#, the lowest should be 98 - 104#. Remember to open the throttle wide so each cylinder can get a full breath of air to compress and be sure the ignition is off so no accidental fires can start.
