Hi, there is a cable that goes from the parking brake lever to the side of the transmission. This is your typical metal cable inside a metal sheath and if miosture gets into it rusts and sticks. Try WD40 or your favourite pentrating oil. The same thing can happen to the PTO control lever. Good luck JB
