Yes, it's too new. I believe the cutoff point is officially 1975 for this forum, though it seems the moderators rule with cotton-candy fists. Those new tractors are far too complicated for most of us "barnyard mechanics." :) Isn't your C50 still under warranty? They haven't been out that long. You should complain to your Case-IH dealer, or to Case-IH directly. I wouldn't settle for a NEW tractor that doesn't shift.
