I did my 34' F-12 at 75 lbs and she leaked. What I learned the hard way is this. Put a very thin bead of permatex gold (or similar) around each of the water passages in your head gasket, both sides of the gasket. Then place your gasket on the block, followed by the head. You'll want to torque the head down in three seperate sessions. Final torque to 95 ft/lbs. I did mine at 55, 75, and finally 95 ft/lbs. Run it for about 10 hours worth, then recheck your bolts. They should be tight, but it's easy enought to check and a pain to replace the gasket so you're better safe than sorry. Good luck. Zak
