Depends a lot upon where you're located. Out in the middle of nowhere, it's not worth nearly as much as if you're near a concentration of small- to medium-acreage tracts where there's a good demand for a tractor that size. For a field-ready tractor in such areas, $3500 is a reasonable price; you need to subtract from this figure for the condition problems you describe, plus decide if this is a reasonable price to begin with for where you are located. Of what you describe "a steering rod" is really scary. This model has always had a problem with its steering design, and replacement parts are difficult to find at this point - take a really close look at this. Fixing these things up can be expensive - TDK's estimate may be right on. Finally, a 350 Utility is not really a "Farmall". The Farmalls were the row-crop design. (Picky, huh?) Good luck.
