As Nebraska Cowman said you would normally bolt the first one to the hub and then attach the next one to the first one. If you are not planning on removing the weights for any reason you can get some long 3/4" readi rod and bolt all of them together. The center opening of the weight is oblong to line up with the bolts to tighten the hub to the axle. If the weights are installed properly you can loosen and tighten the hub to slide the wheel in or out without having to remove the weights. For the purists the bolts for the weights are 3/4" x 3 3/4" square head bolts with hex head nuts. If looks are not a problem then the readi rod works just fine. The square heads fit in the recesses of the weights so that you don't need a wrench to hold the bolt while tightening the nut.
