If it pulls OK in direct drive, both the main clutch and the TA clutch are OK. The ramps and rollers are worn out. If you want to fix it more temporarily, you can make the rear split and replace the rollers, I am told. I would recommend either running it in direct, or making the double split and replacing/ repairing the unit completely and properly.
