Sure thing Bart! One bit of warning: Voltage regulators have a current limit function in them. Thus the regulator should be matched to the current capability of the generator. If you install a regulator with the current limit too low, there will be no problem - other than the generator will never develop it's maximum output. However if the regulator's current limit is too high, you run the risk of overloading (and possibly burning out...) the generator under heavy electrical load conditions. BTW - It's nice here in Western NY, but nothing matches the beauty of the VT mountains this time of year! ...Bob M
