While I know I payed far too much (I won't embarrass myself by saying) for my F-12 compared to the rest of what I have seen quoted I did so because they are quite rare where I live. Apparently in the midwest a person could get one in great shape for well under a thousand dollars. But the fact remains that I have not seen another for sale in 5 years locally so I am quite glad I did so. I wanted one for years. The price varies widely based upon your location. A wide front and a lift will add some value...I might speculate as much as 1000 dollars more to the base price if it was in top condition. I'd put total value around here...Wash state...for what you have at around 2500 if it is in good condition. I probably shouldn't say it but....Larry, if you could refer that buyer who offered you 5000 dollars for yours I'd like to get in touch with him. I have a bridge I'm sure he'd be interested in. He must have been out of his mind.
