Well about 2 1/2 years ago my dad gave me his 1951 farmall m and it was in a sorry state. he was in very poor health and i said i would restore it and keep it in the family.i completly tore it apart and repaired everything that it needed also about a year ago i found a 1938 f20 in terrible shape and bought it to restore before i finished my dads tractor. people told me i was nuts and gave me a hard time because they didnt think i would be able to finish them.and that i should finish one before taking on another. well i got the f20 running on friday and just a few minutes ago got the m running as well. i still have a few things to do. but they are running. unfortunately my father did not live long enough to see the m finished but i sat by the tractor had a beer and some good memeroies of him. it was all worth it
