I was thinking about this wile I was rocking my tire back and forth. The live PTO on my 300 is locked up tight when I try to twist the shaft by hand. I have read that the pto is run off the ring gear. Is it some how possable the motor could be kept from turning by this PTO shaft? I am not quite sure how the Live stuff works.
