I have a 340 IH farmall tractor I've installed a loader on tractor when I'm pushing into a pile with loader I can't back up tractor won't come out of 1 st gear to shift to reverse unless I lift bucket up to take load off then it will shift rigth in.Tractor shifts and runs fine with no load but seems to be in low range. Will this tractor run a loader with its hdy gear pump?loader seems to run slow, the loader came off a 800 ford. Can I mount a bigger pump?I would like to keep tractor but if I can't fix loader problem I will get rid of tractor. Thanks for any help
