O-12 questions.

Just in the process of restoring my O-12, and I was wondering if anyone could tell me the bolt torque figures for the Head bolts, Big End bolts and Main Bearing bolts. Also does anyone know the correct type of seat to use on the O-12? Are they the same as the W-12 or something different? Regards, Redfan.
