farmall BN rear end

I'm in the process of tearing down the rear end of a Farmall BN.I want to replace all the bearings and seals that are connected with the rear housing.There was a fair amount of water in the rear when I drained it.Also,with doing this will I have to disassemble the bevel and pinion gears and are they hard to realign?
