Steven,our 110 mower is a balanced head mower.There is a shaft that goes back to a bracket that bolts on the corner of the drawbar.The shaft is chain driven off the pto.The sprocket is offset so a crimper can be hooked on the back and run at the same time.Our H is a narrow front.I dont follow your question about steering.The photo you posted is kind of fuzzy.Is the yellow the main frame of the mower?What needs to be welded?On mine the frame broke where the mower pivots up and down once.Had it welded and it has worked fine ever since.If I could post photos I would send one to you.Hope this helps. T
