My 300 has the rear wheels set at 7 foot out side to outside measurements. The tires are 13.6-38 on 12" rims. the rear axles stick out 11 inches past the outside of the wheel hub currently which appear to be adjustable outward.(Loosing a couple of bolts and removing a metal wedge key). Is there any advantage to widening the wheel base? Just wondering what the purpose was/is and if this has any advantages to me. I really like having so much expertise available to answer questions that most of you seem to know. Helps us who are struggling to figure out the complexitites of living with a tractor. Thanks Jim
