Putting the Liftall Back

I decided last week to put the liftall back in my H, Mr. Haney, even though I hadn't fixed it yet. I looked through the archives before I took it out and got a lot of usful information and suggestions. I guess since we each have a unique set of tools and equipment we each have to fine tune our procedures. Here's how I did it.
