Super H water temp

I have had the super H for several years. I just have noticed (because of this great forum) that I do not have a fan shroud on the fan radiator. I bought a shroud to install. How much trouble is it to install and afterward what should engine temperature run at working load. I have seen it run to 210 degrees in summer. Any help would be appreciated
