Hi folks! I recently posted a message that several of you responded to regarding primer types, thanks to all. Based on the answers to that post, I feel that I need to expand my question a bit. I am restoring a '48 Farmall M that is close to my heart. I belonged to my father when I was born and I grew up driving it throught the fields of eastern NC. What I need is some advice on primer and paint combinations for this tractor. It is not going to be put in the field, just a little light mowing around the homeplace to keep her limber. It will be put in a local parade once or twice a year and will be stored inside when not in use. I would really like to do a quality and long lasting paint job on this tractor. I understand that if I use hardener, it will bring out more shine. Please let me know what has worked well for you in the past. If you can, include brand names and/or part numbers where applicable. Thanks for your time, Lionel Bateman
