Not normaly , Now if ya was moven the wheels on the axels NOW then ya may have a problem but just the wheel clamps should not be a big deal though i have had a few that were tough and had to call out BURTHA my 1 inch drive and they will either come off with threads or with out. But 99% of the time the 1/2 gun will run them off or twist them off along with some ZEP penatrating fluid. Now i know this ZEP is not one that everybody has or can find but i have never found anything better.
