Took a small screwdriver and pressed on the crap and it IS felt. as soon as any pressure is put on it, the surface gets "wet", moist like from the oil in the grease it has soaked up. I'm just going to wipe it off and put it back on. There is still a piece on the bottom gone tho, but out well. Kinda odd the exploded view doesnt show the felt, but the felt probably comes already installed in the cap. Probly had to spend 50 on a new cap just for that felt seal. I say had, cause im pretty darn sure they arent available anymore (parts site has them retired).
