broken cam gear on H

I have just put a live pump on my H. I have broken the cam gear now and am guessing it is because the pump came to a dead stop when i was running my blade down pushing snow(just a guess). Does anyone know what the pressure should be set to on the relief on the hydraulic valve or any other reasons the gear would have broken. Thanks for any help you can provide.
