Yeah, the 350's and 450's were the first IH tractor with spinouts as I recall. I worked for an IH dealer here(Russell Stevens Co., Hanover, MI) part time in those days, 1956 and 1957. The new 450s looked kinda funny with those low profile 15.5-38's on 'em after seeing 400s with the somewhat higher 13-38s. The spinouts were nice to space the wheels out of the way for mounting 2ME and 2MH corn pickers. It was reccommended to still pull the wheel center out even with the axle end however.
