I have a 46 "M" with a U6 engine in it. Serial number boss is blank on the engine, has a dip stick and the boss under the carb is opened for a fuel pump but covered with a plate. It also has oil petcocks but I don't need them. Are the engine tune-up requirements for the U6 engine the same as those listed on page 7 of the IH-8 I&T manual? Thanks for any input to this question. I couldn't find any information in on the U6 in the manual.
