Farm all 300 utility

I have a 300 utility tractor. I have been trying to keep it in good running condition, but there is a hydrolic leak on the bottom of the steering sector. It looks like there is some sort of round plug at the end of the steering post. I am trying to find out how what this part is and how to fix it.
