moving dual wheel centers

Does anybody has information on moving dual wheel centers in .To where they are more in center of wheel?
any help would be appreciated

It's hard to completely cut the factory weld off. I just cut the centers off in the bend. . Then cut a shim to make up the difference. Same size as the plate you left. Then level your rim four directions. Then prop your center where you want it. Be sure and put valve stims on outside. Level it also. On the 9 bolt center. Tack it. Easy peasy. Lol.

I got a new pair of wheels and it turned out that the outset was wrong so I just cut the welds and moved them over to where I wanted them and welded them back together. No big deal.
