Does anyone know any company(s) that make custom pistons? In the past I have had Gary Baker help me with this, but he of course is retired.

Ross does custom pistons, I use them in my DC builds. I do not know if they deal directly with the public as I used a established engine builder to order mine.
 
You can get quite a lot of them by googling. Custom pistons. But whoever is boring your block or sleeves. Will have someone. But the local speed shop has a thick book that has most every piston made. I have spent a few hours looking for what I needed. Like 460 Ford pistons for a 4 cyl AC. Late 4.? Dodge pickup pistons for a MF 50. And lately 3306 Cat pistons for my D17 Diesel.

After contacting a couple of pistons manufaturs it seems most wise to bore the sleeve or block. I personally don't really want to yank the block at this time. Would boring the sleeves be cheaper to bore then the whole block. I understand I won't gain the cubes but looking at gaining compression. Currently running at 5.5 to 1. Distiliate head
