Super H transmission cover.

Hey there guys. I am currently pulling a
Super H that is on the bubble for making
the 3500lbs class. I have read in the old
posts about trimming the transmission
cover.When they are talking about trimming
the trans cover where abouts are they
referring? Removing the overhang on the
sides or milling down the whole top?
