Oliver 770 clutch problems

I'm having issues with my clutch chattering. Replaced my friction and my throwout bearing but now I see my drive shaft is still not running true. Sometimes when I let out on the clutch it's ok and other times it is so far out of alignment. What am I missing? Is it because I have the pto removed along with the shaft? If that's the case does anyone make a shaft for pto deletes?

is the coupler and splines good? that can cause mis-alignment, my dad's 770 chatters because some bonehead welded the coupler to the shaft, it doesn't get used much and will come apart when time allows, I have seen them chatter when the clutch is pushed down if there isn't enough free travel.

Bingo! Earlier I noticed the hole in the rear shaft where that bolt is supposed to go it wallowed out so I moved it over a couple teeth and turned the bolt into a groove and bam straight as an arrow...
