I Wonder How These Tires Will Pull??

I found these 4 tires Monday on Craigslist located 80 miles away....They were on a decent M Farmall with stuck engine that was being parted out...The rears are 14.9 x 38 Multi Miles?? They are about 60% tread, road worn, and very hard..I wish they had been 40% Firestones but used 14.9's of any kind are getting very-very hard to find..

I may try them on a 3 MPH puller in the 4000-4500-5000 classes..If they won't work for that I have a Super M Farmall that needs tires..

Where I pull no cut tires are allowed in the 3 MPH class...They are sharp and road worn almost like top cuts..

I have a pair of Goodyear Suregrips on my Super M that I pull in 3 mph classes. The tread design is identical to yours but they only have about 25-30% tread. They work excellent on a wet or soft track with about 9-10 psi in them. On a hard or dry track you will have to increase the psi 2-4#'s to be effective

Wow! I don't think you can go wrong unless they want a fortune for them. If they were around here I'd try for 'em. Nobody around here except the NATPA pullers accept cut tires on Div I or "Farm Stock" classes. "Road Sharp" okay.

I got all 4 tires holding air on good rims for $350.....I thought that was a good deal..They are weather checked but sound..Five other people called and I was first there with the cash..
