Has anyone got some good information on the process of how to degree a cam for MM G? I'm in the process of setting up my 403 with a .125 over bore for pulling and would like some good info on what to do with cam timing! Thanks!
 
The 403 had very slow cam timing (likely due to the low RPM). The factory spec I have shows the intake valve to START opening at 4 degree AFTER TDC. After checking with some friends that have been doing M-M a long time; I set my Puller to start opening @ 24 degree BEFORE TDC. (and I am a bit over your c.i.) Idles very smooth; very responsive and fairly strong. Others may have other stats; but; this worked for me.
