Looking for tires

I am looking for a nice set of 16.9 x38 tires preferrably mounted on rims. They can be top cut but do not have to be. I live in the central KY area, so any within a 2-3 hr drive would be great. Thanks!

Call me a 618 664 2732. They have a inch or better tread and are BF Goodrich which are 30 degree tread.
